La fusariosis de la espiga del trigo (FE), causada por Fusarium spp., es una seria amenaza para la viabilidad del cultivo de trigo en Uruguay y en diversas partes del mundo, afectando la inocuidad del producto obtenido debido a la producción de micotoxinas. El desarrollo de variedades resistentes es una medida eficaz para disminuir el riesgo de epidemias de FE. |
