Basado en una muy buena adaptación a varios tipos de suelos y regiones del país, el Paspalum notatum INIA Sepé se presenta como una gramínea nativa perenne estival sumamente versátil, capaz de desempeñar roles estratégicos en diferentes situaciones productivas: aporte con una elevada producción de forraje, con o sin riego, puro o formando parte de mezclas junto a gramíneas o leguminosas invernales, reducción del riesgo de enmalezamiento, recuperación del potencial productivo de campos naturales que han sido degradados por
excesivo uso agrícola o por sobrepastoreo, entre otros. |

Since its appearance two centuries ago, the disease known as tristeza, is considered the most devastating virus-related illness of the citrus industry worldwide. Citrus
tristeza virus (CTV), the causing agent of the disease, is transmitted by graft or by aphids. Here, we report the results of the biological, molecular and evolutionary full-genome characterization of the most relevant genotypes in the country. |
