This technical working paper seeks to demystify the R+D+I ecosystem transformation process by drawing on the global best practice experiences of three experts
whose countries have embarked on the long journey to improve their national agricultural R+D+I systems. In this and related papers, the authors draw on their expertise
to provide practical insights to policy makers and others who seek to accelerate progress towards positioning LAC agricultural R+D+I institutions for success. |
