The methodology of a spaced plant seed increase nursery to produce pre-basic seed of the subtropical forage legume Lotononis bainesii Baker cv. "INIA Glencoe" is presented. Twenty grams of nucleus seed were grown for 2 months in a glasshouse in a forestry nursery.
